Corporate Gifts in Bangalore: Custom Metal Prints (2026)
Searching for corporate gifts in Bangalore that employees and clients will actually keep? Skip the forgettable diaries and mugs. A custom metal print — your team photo, your logo or a piece of art — sits on a desk or wall for years. We print in Thanisandra, Bengaluru, close to Manyata Tech Park, and deliver anywhere in Bangalore within 4–5 working days. Here's how to plan it.
What makes a good corporate gift?
A good corporate gift is useful or meaningful, looks premium, and carries your company's name in a subtle way. It should also be easy to ship to a mixed team — some in the office, some working from home.
Custom metal prints tick all four:
- Premium feel — high-gloss aluminium looks far more expensive than printed merchandise.
- Long-lasting — no fading or curling, so your brand stays on display.
- Personal — a team photo or a recipient's favourite design beats a generic hamper.
- Easy to hang — a peel-and-stick magnetic mount, no drilling, works in any office or rented flat.
8 corporate gift ideas for Bangalore teams
For employees
- New-joiner welcome print — your company values, logo or office photo on an A4 print for their desk.
- Work anniversary gift — a print of the team at an offsite or event marks 1, 3 or 5 years in style.
- Farewell gift — a team photo for a colleague leaving Bangalore, with everyone in the frame.
- Hobby-based gifts — let each person pick their own design: anime, cricket, F1 or devotional art from our full collection.
For clients and partners
- Thank-you print — a photo from a project launch or a client visit makes a memorable after-deal gift.
- Festive gifts — Diwali and year-end corporate gifts in Bangalore that don't end up re-gifted. Devotional prints from our religious collection are a popular Diwali choice.
For the office itself
- Office wall art — your mission, logo or product shots printed on metal for reception, meeting rooms and cafés.
- Award and recognition prints — "Employee of the Quarter" photos on metal for a wall of fame.

Corporate gifts in Bangalore for every budget
Metal prints work for a single client gift or a 100-person team:
- ₹799 per person — desk prints. An A4 print of your logo, values or team photo for every employee's desk.
- ₹1199 per person — senior or client gifts. An A3 statement print for leaders, key clients and partners.
- Office wall sets. Three to five A3 prints of your product, team or city for reception and meeting rooms.
Because a design costs the same whether it's ready-made or custom, you can mix and match within one order. Free delivery is included, so your per-person gift cost is simply the print price.
How to plan corporate gifting (5 steps)
- Set the occasion and date. Onboarding, anniversary, Diwali, year-end or a client event.
- Choose the design. One common design for everyone (your logo or a team photo), or let each person pick from the collection.
- Send high-resolution files. Logos as PNG; photos as large as possible.
- Order early. For a team-wide gift, plan 2–3 weeks ahead so printing and delivery fit comfortably.
- Share addresses. We deliver to your office in Bangalore or straight to remote employees across India.
For one-off gifts, you can order online right now: upload the image on our custom metal poster page, preview it, and check out.
Why order from a Bengaluru maker?
- Faster local delivery — 4–5 working days across Bangalore, from Whitefield and Electronic City to Hebbal and Manyata Tech Park.
- Made in India — every print is produced in our Thanisandra workshop.
- Real people to talk to — WhatsApp us and get answers from the team that prints your order.
- No minimum order — gift one person or a whole floor; the price per print stays the same.
Many corporate gifts in Bangalore come from large catalogue suppliers that ship generic items from elsewhere. Working with a local maker means you can see a live preview of each design, change a photo at the last minute, and know exactly who is printing it.
