Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order on Metal Mural. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This website is operated by Fibre Packaging House (trading as Metal Mural), a registered business in Karnataka, India. GST: 29GYGPS5279P1Z2. Registered Address: 3rd Cross, 2nd Stage, Behind Govt School, Next to Chamundeshwari Temple, Thanisandra, SRK Nagar Post, Karnataka – 560077.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Products

• All products on Metal Mural are made-to-order custom metal prints. Production begins immediately upon order confirmation.
• Product images are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration differences.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of checkout confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay on behalf of Fibre Packaging House. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

• We ship within India only. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
• Shipping is free on all orders.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all prints are custom-made on demand, we accept returns and issue refunds only in the following cases:

• The item arrived with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The order was lost in transit and not delivered within 15 business days.

Change-of-mind returns and size selection errors are not eligible for refunds. Please read our full Refund Policy before ordering.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are either owned by Metal Mural / Fibre Packaging House or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fibre Packaging House (Metal Mural) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
