Because every Metal Mural print is custom-made on demand specifically for you, we follow a clear and fair refund policy. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
This policy is issued by Fibre Packaging House (operating as Metal Mural), a registered business in Karnataka, India. GST: 29GYGPS5279P1Z2.
When Are Refunds Issued?
We issue a full refund or a free replacement in the following situations:
- Your order was lost in transit and not delivered within 15 business days.
- Your order arrived with a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect print, colour banding, or misalignment).
- Your order arrived with physical damage caused during shipping.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect size selected by the customer at checkout.
- Minor colour variations due to differences in screen calibration.
How to Claim a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the item and its packaging
Refund Timeline
Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
