We want your Metal Mural order to arrive exactly as you imagined. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship and handle returns.

This policy is issued by Fibre Packaging House (operating as Metal Mural), a registered business in Karnataka, India. GST: 29GYGPS5279P1Z2.

Shipping Overview

We currently ship within India only. All orders are dispatched from our print studio within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Packaging

Every order is carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and packed in a sealed ecommerce courier bag to protect the metallic panel from scratches and moisture during transit.

Tracking

Your tracking link will be generated after your metal print is prepared and ready to dispatch. You will receive the tracking details via the email address used at checkout once the shipment is handed over to our courier partner.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged in transit.
• The item received is different from what was ordered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed with incorrect sizes or for change-of-mind situations, as each print is made-to-order specifically for you.

How to Report a Damaged Order

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at metalmural007@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement shipment for all valid damage claims.
